always awake · mostly harmless

Make some
noise.

/shor means noise - and that's exactly what we stand for. Games, bakchodi, strangers becoming friends, and absolutely no requirement to be interesting on arrival.

02 / what's inside

Not a server
you visit.

It's the group chat you accidentally spend six hours in. There is no grand onboarding ceremony. You click in, somebody says “yo”, and somehow you're still there tomorrow.

01

Late-night
energy

Quiet at 11. Completely unreasonable by 2. The best conversations tend to happen when everyone should probably be asleep.

02

Games
& chaos

Valorant, BGMI, whatever the squad is obsessed with this week. Pull up, queue up, talk trash.

PLAY / COMPETE
03

People
you keep

Come for a conversation. Leave with somebody's Instagram, a running joke, and plans for next weekend.

FRIENDS / MORE
04

Bakchodi is
the default.

Roasts, dumb polls, cursed memes, “bro hear me out” arguments. Keep it fun, don't be a dick. The mods are also fair game.

NO SERIOUS BUSINESS
It's loud. It's a little unhinged.
Somehow, it feels like home.
03 / the ritual

Two minutes
to get in.

No application. No “tell us about yourself”. No performance. The easiest part is joining.

01

Click the door

Hit the invite. You're in.

02

Say literally anything

“hi” is a complete sentence.

03

Find your corner

Text. VC. Games. Lurking. Your call.

04

Stay for the plot

At some point, the strangers aren't strangers.

Things people
actually said.

anonymous, but suspiciously specific
01

“Joined for the gaming, stayed for the 3am voice calls that somehow never get boring.”

02

“Most active server I've been in. Someone's always awake, always down to talk.”

03

“Came in as a stranger, now I've got a full group chat outside Discord too.”

Questions.
Fair.

Do I need to be Indian?

/shor is Indian at its core, but anyone who likes the energy is welcome.

Do I need to be a gamer?

No. Gaming is one part of the server. A lot of people are here for the chat and voice calls.

Is it actually active?

That's the point. There is usually somebody around, especially once the sun goes down.

What are the rules?

Respect people. Keep the bakchodi fun, not cruel. No spam. Full rules live inside the server.

Can I just lurk?

Absolutely. You don't owe anyone an introduction. Lurk until you naturally find a conversation.

Come make
some noise.

The group chat is already moving. You're just not in it yet.
